How much is delivery?
Deliveries are made to most areas on a daily basis (Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 6:00pm) someone must be available to sign for your goodies. The standard delivery is FREE of charge, although this does vary depending on your postcode. Carriage surcharges DO apply to certain areas, to avoid any confusion you must check the postcode exceptions. For our shower enclosures, shower cabinets, vanity units, baths, complete bathroom solutions, WC and basins you must ADD the courier surcharge detailed below to your order if your delivery address contains the following postcode prefixes:

When will my purchase be delivered?
You will be emailed or telephoned before your goods are despatched to arrange a convenient weekday delivery date for you. We do not deliver at the weekend.
We will then email you again on the day prior to delivery with the telephone number of the carrier company and your consignment number. You will then be able to talk directly to the courier about your parcel.
The courier will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 8.00 am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery.
Do not arrange a plumber until after the goods have arrived and you have checked them.
So that we can keep our prices as competitive as possible, the delivery vehicles are frequently manned by the driver only. We would therefore ask you to provide suitable help in the unloading of heavy or bulky items.
What happens if my purchase is damaged in transit?
Remember we are dealing with fragile products and accidents can happen. In such an event our staff will be as helpful as possible in resolving any issues and will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
