How do I order?
• You can order on-line any time using our secure Protx payment system, or you can call customer services Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm on 0845 260 2625.
• We accept MasterCard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX cards.
• To pay by cheque, please contact customer services.
Do you have a showroom?
Willowbrook Bathrooms does not have a showroom. In order to keep overheads low and merchandise costs even lower we have only an internet business with no showroom.
Can I collect my order from you?
We do have a warehouse for shipping and conducting business but due to various reasons we are not allowed to have customers in our warehouse. With FREE delivery to most places why would you want to?
Can I purchase an enclosure without a tray?
Some of the enclosures have specially designed trays which they fit on, however we can sell a lot of the enclosures individually if you already have your tray. Just give us a ring and we'll get you a quote.
Do the shower trays include a waste?
This depends on the model, if it does include the waste it will be mentioned in the product description.
